The alcohol began to rise clear above the sediment.
It’s earlier than I expected, but I’ve decided to brew!
Prepare a large pot, a hemp bag, and a strainer.
Place the hemp bag on the strainer, open it up, and pour the alcohol in!
(I borrowed my wife's hands due to the risk of hurting mine ^^)
I ended up with 8 bottles of 500ml each!
However, the alcohol turned out a bit strong, so I decided to make 2 bottles in the cheonggamju style and let the rest age in the refrigerator on the balcony.
