Let's check the status of the alcohol that has gone through the base brewing and additive brewing!

Incredible! I can hear the sound of life breathing!
I’ve confirmed that it’s alive and has grown well, so I’ll add the soaked 720g of sweet rice.
(While experts have specific ratios, I just go with what I have...)
First, let’s prepare the steamed rice!!
I’ll be using the electric rice cooker again today!!!

 

I worked hard to quickly cook it in the electric rice cooker, but...

Really, it turned out to be delicious rice.
It’s not just steamed rice; it’s truly tasty rice... but it still worked out well!
I’ll just proceed as planned.

Some might say, and experts often do, that you should take out the base brew and mix it well with the steamed rice in a 

large container...
But I’m an 'amateur'! And this is my own brew!
So I just put it into the fermentation vessel and gently mix it all together.
One thing I do make sure to follow is that the rice grains should be separated nicely!

 

I’ve mixed it well!
Now, I’ll wait a bit and then take a small amount to continue with the Samyangju as it is.
For the rest, I plan to add a higher alcohol content beverage to proceed with the Gwahaju style~!~!
